This equipment is used at the stage of shoe lasting, performs the function of activating the adhesive film on the sole and workpiece. In the upper part there are 2 sections for placing pads with a workpiece, where activation takes place.
At the bottom there is a closed cabinet with a rotating mechanism for the sole, designed to activate the adhesive film and heat the sole before gluing with the workpiece.
It can work in automatic (after a specified period of time) or manual mode (using the pedal). It operates in a full air cylinder mode, which is economical and environmentally friendly, saves labor resources, reduces labor intensity and production costs. Due to the rotating mechanism, the bright light from the lamps does not dazzle and, thus, does not cause operator discomfort during operation. The machine is compact, it does not require a large room and is convenient to move.
