The machine is designed for cold vamp crimping. Crimping vamp with a cold knife is produced again after a hot hood, which allows to achieve the effect of "shock" of the top of the shoe and to produce a process at a qualitatively high level. It is required when working with eco-materials.
It is used for cold vamp crimping, in models where they are high on the lasts. A special machine with a profiling knife is used for forming the vamp, the configuration of the knife must match the profile of the last. To do this, use special templates. In addition to the knives, the side presser “cheeks” are used during the molding, which are needed to press the wings of the vamp to the profiling knife. The temperature of cooling (profiling knife and lateral "cheeks"), the force of the clamp, the time of the clamp are regulated separately.
The machine is equipped with a pneumatic system with a full range of functions, including the ability to turn off the cold supply to the knife and, at the same time, the “cheeks” can be heated, which makes this machine versatile. An innovative “I” type case has been used. Significantly improved the efficiency of the pneumatic part. Two control valves on the main and clamping cylinders: one exerts pressure on the knife, the second adjusts the gap between both sides (“cheeks”), in order to impart an ideal bend.
