The machine is designed to automatically install eyelet in the production of footwear, leather goods and textiles. Thanks to the automatic eyelet feed and the inertial process of punching holes in the product, the installation process is significantly superior to manual installation speed (160 pieces per minute).
The response ring (universal for the whole range of the eyelets) allows uniform riveting of the eyelets without damaging the product. The riflescope allows you to make an exact installation in the marked area.
The installation process itself is carried out by the operator while keeping the product in the working area and pressing the pedal without any additional manipulations. The versatility of the loading drums and lower equipment allows for quick and very easy conversion of the machine to a different type of eyelets. Special punch makes a hole easily in the product with a thickness of 0.8 mm to 3.1 mm (belt leather). The machine has a very low power consumption.
