A special machine with a profiling knife is used for forming the vamp, the configuration of the knife must match the profile of the last. To do this, use special templates. In addition to the knives, the side presser “cheeks” are used during the molding, which are needed to press the wings of the vamp to the profiling knife.
The temperature of cooling (profiling knife and lateral "cheeks"), the force of the clamp, the time of the clamp are regulated separately. The machine is equipped with a full featured hydraulic system.
