This machines uses a special adhesive tape, which is activated by the built-in heating surface. The machine is equipped with clamping and tape drive shafts with a chain drive. For female insoles, it is recommended to use adhesive tape with a width of 160 mm, for male - 200 mm.
In the traditional gluing process, unrefined rubber is used as the adhesive composition, which releases the by-products of dissolved glue (toluene). This machine allows you to avoid harmful fumes and it is harmless for your health. The operation of the machine is based on the absorption of the glue in the insole due to the action of temperature.
