The working process of forming shoe upper takes place at a hot station, where the adhesive is activated and the shoe backpart is given the necessary shape. Final fixing and moulding takes place on a cold station. A distinctive feature of the upper moulding machine DF3 is the edge compression function with the using of special mechanical influences. In this case, a smooth surface is formed without any defects.
