The heel moulding takes place during the assembly process, this process is conducted with the help of high temperature and pressure on the shoe workpiece. Shoe workpiece is fixed on the air cushion of the hot punch, and activates the adhesive base of the backdrop. The clamp and high temperature fix the backdrop on the lining and the shoe workpiece, and forms an equal shape with smooth lines. The final moulding takes place on a cold punch, where the shoe workpiece gets the necessary shape of the heel part.
